#4800: Untag pinot-0.97-1.fc15 from dist-f15-updates-testing

pinot-0.97-1.fc15
(http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=244682) is currently
tagged with dist-f15-updates-testing even though there is no corresponding
bodhi update for it and pinot-0.97-2.fc15 has already been pushed to
stable.
This tag is creating noise in the AutoQA tests because the build is being
pulled in (due to the tag) AutoQA complains when it can't find an update
for the build.
If pinot-0.97-1.fc15 could be untagged from dist-f15-updates-testing, that
would be great.

#4801: Untag rubygem-http_connection builds from updates-testing and updates-
pending

rubygem-http_connection (both fc14 and fc15 builds) has been pushed to
stable but the builds are still have updates-testing and updates-pending
tags. AutoQA is pulling the builds in due to their tags and complaining
when the builds are already in stable.
I'm not sure how the builds got into this state but I did send an email to
the bodhi list on 2011-06-27
(https://fedorahosted.org/pipermail/bodhi/2011-June/000662.html) There
has not been a response yet on whether they are interested in looking into
how this happened. Since there don't appear to be any other builds in a
similar state, I assume that they aren't.
If the two builds mentioned below could be untagged from updates-testing
and updates-pending, that would be great.
