Test Day:Foo is not just a naming convention. 'Test Day' is a mediawiki

'namespace' - https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Namespaces - which has certain impacts on searches and stuff. Fedora's wiki is set up such that pages in the 'Test Day' namespace (like the 'Test Results' namespace) can be edited by non-logged-in users, making it easier for outside testers to help with Test Days.

'FLTG/Test_Day' is not a namespace, so it's just part of the page name.

That means this page is inconsistent with all other test day pages and also means that testers without a Fedora account won't be able to submit results.

I think it'd be best to move the page to the standard name:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2015-03-17_Translation_%28l10n%29

mediawiki will redirect from the old URL to the new one, so existing

announcements should not cause a problem.
