Well, this information would kind of inevitably be collected at least in resultsdb and probably wind up in the transmitter component's DB too, depending on exactly how we set things up.
I think that this probably should be in ResultsDB - it's the actual stored result data. The transmitter component should IMO store the "semantics" (testplans, stuff like that), and use the "raw" resultsdb data as a source to present meaningful view. I'd say that as a rule of thumb, replicating data on multiple places is a sign of design error.
