Hello all,

As of the python3 update for F26 [0] some windows executable files that reside at /usr/lib/python3.6/distutils/command/ have been moved to the python3-devel subpackage from the python3-libs [1].

These files are used for creating custom windows installers for python modules, so if you were using these templates for/during your workflow, you will have to install python3-devel to get them.
