thank you Felix, it's exactly as you wrote. 

Chenxiong, there is not any tool to report failures automatically, but you can manually create bugzilla with PYTHON3.10 blocker.

The main Python wranglers (Miro, Tomas, ...) will eventually file bugzilla
issues. As far as I understand they'll try a couple of rebuilds because
initially quite a few builds fail due to missing dependencies which are not yet
build (or some dependencies which need to be fixed before they can be built).

Just let them do their magic, they'll let you know (via bugzilla) when you
should take a closer look.
