F24 is getting only fixes for blocker bugs atm, normal issues will be

But in the meantime development for F25 has begun and we have several
failures that are preventing lots of other packages from being built.
On the top of the blocker list is qemu-2.6.0-0.1.rc2.fc25 which blocks >
other packages, but there's already qemu-2.6.0-3.fc25 in the queue that
might already have a fix. This also applies to erlang, eclipse, gap and
gecode: newer packages are already available on th eprimary arches.
Actually you're completely off here. The #1 biggest blocker is the
perl bootstrap.
If you think there's substitutions needed for particular NVRs on
shadow please give me a pull request [1] for shadow.
