my MacMini comes with neither SCSI nor a PCI slot for a SCSI controller. what it does come with is 1 Firewire 400 port.
I have a DlT that I want to back up to, so I bought a SCSI-Firewire converter. I've installed mt-st but when I try to run mt the system complains that:
/dev/tape: No such file or directory
help?
TIA - erick
p.s. I'm running FC5, here's uname -a:
Linux mini 2.6.16-1.2122_FC5 #1 Sun May 21 15:07:03 EDT 2006 ppc ppc ppc GNU/Linux
