Thanks Colin. I think I'll have to go with the new kernel at this point. This of course would imply using an older version install and getting it compatible, which I'm guessing might be hairy. Can anyone suggest a stable previous version to at least boot off of and a compatible kernel to go with?

Kernel hasn't changed, so error is still there. I'm not sure how long the kernel freeze is going to last for... (or if it'll go on till FC3)
Why not roll your own kernel and get on that way?
