I've requested texlive-biblatex to be build for EPEL9 and am starting to work
on requesting the dep chain:
texlive-biblatex -> biber -> many others
It would also be nice to get EPEL10 ready as well.
If you do not wish to maintain biber in epel,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/biber/adduser
