Your package (perl-Padre) Fails To Install in Fedora 35:
can't install perl-Padre:
- nothing provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.32.1) needed by
perl-Padre-0.90-34.fc34.noarch
If you know about this problem and are planning on fixing it, please
acknowledge so by setting the bug status to ASSIGNED. If you don't have time to
maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent
packages realize the problem.
If you don't react accordingly to the policy for FTBFS/FTI bugs
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails…)
your package may be orphaned in 8+ weeks.

Summary: font selection is broken on

Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
Description of problem:
After upgrading to perl-Tk-804.035-1.fc32.x86_64, the Tk widgets stopped
honoring the font selection.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-Tk-804.035-1.fc32.x86_64
How reproducible:
Just try to select a font on a widget with:
my $fontfamily = "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono";
$font = $topWin->Font(family => $fontfamily, size => 12);
and use it on a Tk widget.
Reverting to perl-Tk-804.034-8.fc32.x86_64.rpm solves the issue.

biber scratch build log
Description of problem:
biber fails to build in F34 Rawhide.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
biber-2.14-4
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. fedpkg clone biber ; cd biber
2. fedpkg build --scratch
Actual results:
Failed build
Expected results:
Build should build correctly
Additional info:
It is failing because of the tests. I do not know enough of the tests to give
you a guess what the main cause it. A build log has been attached.
This was discovered by Fedora ELN, but we are reporting it now so it can be
fixed in advance of the Fedora F34 mass rebuild.

Hello,
Perl 5.34 was released on May 20 2021 and Perl 5.34 change was approved
by FESCo [1].
I have required `f35-perl' build-root for this purpose [2] and it was
created.
I will start the rebuild on Friday morning and you can be notified via mail
about commits/builds in next days.
Please do not build anything into `f35-perl'. Boot-strapping core modules
is very peculiar. I also track all changes. You can do your upgrades into
rawhide freely in parallel.
You can check status on Perl 5.34 change page [3]
Regards,
Jitka Plesnikova

Hello,
Please note that this comment was generated automatically. If you feel that
this output has mistakes, please contact me via email (mhroncok(a)redhat.com)
Your package (perl-Crypt-GPG) Fails To Install in Fedora 35:
can't install perl-Crypt-GPG:
- nothing provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.32.1) needed by
perl-Crypt-GPG-1.64-20.fc34.noarch
If you know about this problem and are planning on fixing it, please
acknowledge so by setting the bug status to ASSIGNED. If you don't have time to
maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent
packages realize the problem.
If you don't react accordingly to the policy for FTBFS/FTI bugs
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails…)
your package may be orphaned in 8+ weeks.
P.S. The data was generated solely from koji buildroot, so it might be newer
than the latest compose or the content on mirrors.
P.P.S. If this bug has been reported in the middle of upgrading multiple
dependent packages, please consider using side tags:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updates_Policy/#updating-inter-d…
Thanks!

Note that any upgrade like this where hard requirements exist between multiple
packages should be handled in a side-tag, including in Rawhide.
It is not possible to build anything using perl in dependencies now.
Please fix ASAP.

The issue seems to be same as https://github.com/Perl/perl5/issues/17154.
It looks that we should rebase perl to the fixed version because the fix can't
be backportable into perl5.30.

This is a mirror copy of an upstream report:
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=131146
It is supposed to be the root cause of FTBFS for publican and pacemaker
with some architectures like i686:
- publican [bug 1777056]
- pacemaker, which triggered this whole investigation [bug 1776552]
There's already a parallel request to include upstream patch to libxml2
as a quick fix for those FTBFS, _however_ that is _not_ a systemic fix
for a latent breakage for XML::LibXSLT stemming from misuse of
libxml2's API -- it shall rather be fixed in the first place.
