Your package depends on files/directories outside of those. See below for more information about package/dependencies. --- perl-Convert-Color-0.11-16.fc31.src: - /usr/share/X11/rgb.txt --- Please correct those or provide reason why is it correct. Instead, it returns everything that has been specified when building libperl itself. Not limited to Fedora's global flags and several libraries that aren't needed when linking shared.
