I have been looking for the minutes of the last meetings of the packaging comittee but I couldn't find them on the wiki [1] or on the fedora-packaging or fedora-devel mailing list. Are they available somewhere ? Did I look in the wrong place ?

The minutes should be in the meetbot space:
http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting/
Just look on the day/time that the meeting took place.
The last one was: http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting/2009-08-19/fedora-meeting.20... for example.

I guess that's not sufficiently visible that we can get away without linking to them from the Packaging:Minutes page. I'll add some links.
Maybe not adding the link to all the minutes but maybe something like: From the /date/ the minutes are stored there: <url>
This would at least help to find them :-)
