I really think you jump to conclusions way too fast here.
As I already wrote a few times, I get your point, but as the `id -u`
hack doesn't even take care of the default setup (i.e. users need to
manually define a %_topdir anyway), and that I consider the proper
fix to be defining a %_tmppath, I just find it as m00t as it can get.
