The entire goal of standardizing on a specific license tag be used is
that it's easy to have a simple script for query/removing/installing or
whatnot and _not_ have to do magic packages like this. Maintaining such
a package is always and without fail an absolute nitemare to do.
Except, this magical package is backwards from the typical "metapackage"
kludge -- other things require *it*, rather than the other way around. So it
requires very very little maintenance.
