I just say perl-, python-, php-*-, blah-plugin-foo, ruby-, java- and
lowercasing, not to mention *-kmod and kmod-*. We're not really
following upstream even if the guidelines claim that. It would be
interesting to see how many packages are really named according to
upstream rules.
