It misses username and groupname -- those would be needed for the
proposed solution. And the list only contains packages that use
fedora-usermgmt.

Maybe. But it seems it made lots of people really unhappy, so something
is wrong somewhere.
/me prefers not to comment more then the above -- I leave the user/group
handling stuff to the packaging committee and trust it to make a good
decision
