Thanks for your quick replies, I have checked from yesterday. But 
yum clean all and yum install @development-tools --disable-repo=chromium still give errors. 

(chromium.repo was created by myself. not in default repo)

You are getting these errors because spot has moved his chromium repository[1].  As long as you have the old repo file in your /etc/yum.repos.d, you will keep getting these errors.  You should delete your current chromium.repo, and if you still want chromium packages, download the new fedora-chromium-stable.repo[2]
