Hi all,
I recently acquired approval for a new package in Fedora.

I then attempted to add the package to the SCM system, and was met with
the following error.
$ fedpkg request-repo libnsm 2453288
Could not execute request_repo: The following error occurred while
creating a new issue in Pagure: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML
2.0//EN">

</body></html>
Would anyone be able to comment on the issue I'm seeing and/or suggest
any next steps? Thanks.
