This will confuse rpmdev-bumspec, making it produce garbage
("%{commitdate}.1.git%{shortcommit}%{?dist}.1" when I tried it) and possibly
messing up automatic rebuilds.
The proper value would be "1.%{commitdate}.git%{shortcommit}%{?dist}".

If I understand it correctly this would also mean that we forever need to
increase that number even when bumping to a newer snapshot, since Version needs
to stay at 0.
