Try using this instead

I also note the package installs to /usr/local, this is unacceptable.
To fix use.
%install
%make_install PREFIX=%{_prefix}
I already fixed the broken url link on the local file on my machine.
Thank you for the "%make_install" fix, just what I was looking for!
