I know this, i have compiled the package locally on my computer.
the packages could't be installed due dependencies

I created a new spec file, rpmlint no longer reports a shebang issue.

Looks good now: XXX APPROVED XXX!
However, before you commit to SCM:
- Do you think you should include mpi4py as a requires or a weak dep? This
package seems to support MPI.
- Please report the following issues upstream and mention the issues in the
spec:
* failing doc build
* failing tests (not the one that tries to download files, that's OK)
- Please file an issue upstream discussing the version specific requires on
neo. We need to confirm what version this works with.
Cheers!
Ankur

[Bug 1501522] Review Request: fdk-aac-free - Third-Party Modified

As Christian noted, we have already reached out to Fraunhofer about amending
their license in this specific situation, but there has been no progress on
this front. Should that situation change, we can certainly apply any changes at
a later point.
However, I am in agreement with Christian that it is not necessary to make a
license change. It is common for open source licenses to contain clauses which
are not triggered, depending on the circumstances. We do not need to block on a
license change in order to use the fdk-aac-free codebase in a GPL-compatible
manner.

I don't think its a waste of time the way the question is framed, and I don't
want to put words in Tom's mouth here, but my answer would be 'yes of course
people should feel free to try to work with Fraunhofer to improve their license
text if they so wishes, but to be clear we are not going to block on that'.
As a sidenote I have actually asked Fraunhofer about removing the clause since
its obsolete, but so far no response beyond 'will think about it'. I pinged
them again today to try to see if anything has changed, but if I don't hear
back on that ping or get a negative response I don't personally plan on
pursuing the license rewording any further as it doesn't really matter beyond
laymen license clarity, but anyone else who feels inclined should feel free
IMHO.

- You didn't fix it as I recommended, you need to remove the shebang, not add
executable bitsor change the shebang:
# E: wrong-script-interpreter
sed -i -e 's|#!/usr/bin/env python|#!/usr/bin/python3|g' kivy/tools/kviewer.py
sed -i -e 's|#!/usr/bin/env python|#!/usr/bin/python3|g'
kivy/tools/pep8checker/pep8.py
sed -i -e 's|#!/usr/bin/env python|#!/usr/bin/python3|g'
kivy/tools/pep8checker/pre-commit.githook
# E: non-executable-script
chmod a+x kivy/tools/kviewer.py
chmod a+x kivy/tools/pep8checker/pep8.py
chmod a+x kivy/tools/pep8checker/pre-commit.githook
for lib in $(find -type f -name '*.py'); do
sed '1{\@^#!@d}' $lib > $lib.new &&
touch -r $lib $lib.new &&
mv $lib.new $lib
done
We don't care about pre-commit.githook
- I can't build the package:
DEBUG util.py:585: BUILDSTDERR: No matching package to install:
'google-roboto-mono-fonts'
DEBUG util.py:585: BUILDSTDERR: Not all dependencies satisfied
DEBUG util.py:585: BUILDSTDERR: Error: Some packages could not be found.
This package does not exist.
