Network Security Services (NSS) is a set of libraries designed to
support cross-platform development of security-enabled client and
server applications. Applications built with NSS can support SSL v2

v3 certificates, and other security standards.

Update Information:
This update fixes a problem that was introduced in the recent major version
upgrade to NSS 3.12. Files nss-config and nss.pc (for pkgconfig) have been fixed
to list the new library nssutil.
