Name : git-annex
Product : Fedora 35
Version : 8.20211231
Release : 1.fc35
URL : https://hackage.haskell.org/package/git-annex
Summary : Manage files with git, without checking their contents into git
Description :
Git-annex allows managing files with git, without checking the file contents
into git. While that may seem paradoxical, it is useful when dealing with files
larger than git can currently easily handle, whether due to limitations in
memory, time, or disk space.
It can store large files in many places, from local hard drives, to a large
number of cloud storage services, including S3, WebDAV, and rsync, with a dozen
cloud storage providers usable via plugins. Files can be stored encrypted with
gpg, so that the cloud storage provider cannot see your data.
git-annex keeps track of where each file is stored, so it knows how many copies
are available, and has many facilities to ensure your data is preserved.
git-annex can also be used to keep a folder in sync between computers, noticing
when files are changed, and automatically committing them to git and
transferring them to other computers. The git-annex webapp makes it easy to set
up and use git-annex this way.

Fedora 37 Update: libxcrypt-4.4.33-3.fc37

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2022-6286b9d0ae
2022-11-30 01:33:59.395216
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : libxcrypt
Product : Fedora 37
Version : 4.4.33
Release : 3.fc37
URL : https://github.com/besser82/libxcrypt
Summary : Extended crypt library for descrypt, md5crypt, bcrypt, and others
Description :
libxcrypt is a modern library for one-way hashing of passwords. It
supports a wide variety of both modern and historical hashing methods:
yescrypt, gost-yescrypt, scrypt, bcrypt, sha512crypt, sha256crypt,
md5crypt, SunMD5, sha1crypt, NT, bsdicrypt, bigcrypt, and descrypt.
It provides the traditional Unix crypt and crypt_r interfaces, as well
as a set of extended interfaces pioneered by Openwall Linux, crypt_rn,
crypt_ra, crypt_gensalt, crypt_gensalt_rn, and crypt_gensalt_ra.
libxcrypt is intended to be used by login(1), passwd(1), and other
similar programs; that is, to hash a small number of passwords during
an interactive authentication dialogue with a human. It is not suitable
for use in bulk password-cracking applications, or in any other situation
where speed is more important than careful handling of sensitive data.
However, it is intended to be fast and lightweight enough for use in
servers that must field thousands of login attempts per minute.
This version of the library does not provide the legacy API functions
that have been provided by glibc's libcrypt.so.1.
