Name : mingw32-libsigc++20
Product : Fedora 10
Version : 2.2.2
Release : 6.fc10
URL : http://libsigc.sourceforge.net/
Summary : MinGW Windows port of the typesafe signal framework for C++
Description :
This library implements a full callback system for use in widget
libraries, abstract interfaces, and general programming. Originally
part of the Gtk-- widget set, mingw32-libsigc++20 is now a separate library to
provide for more general use. It is the most complete library of its
kind with the ability to connect an abstract callback to a class
method, function, or function object. It contains adaptor classes for
connection of dissimilar callbacks and has an ease of use unmatched by
other C++ callback libraries.
Package GTK-- (gtkmm), which is a C++ binding to the GTK+ library,
starting with version 1.1.2, uses mingw32-libsigc++20.

Fedora 10 Update: lyx-1.6.2-1.fc10

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2009-2808
2009-03-18 18:33:02
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : lyx
Product : Fedora 10
Version : 1.6.2
Release : 1.fc10
URL : http://www.lyx.org/
Summary : WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean) document processor
Description :
LyX is a modern approach to writing documents which breaks with the
obsolete "typewriter paradigm" of most other document preparation
systems.
It is designed for people who want professional quality output
with a minimum of time and effort, without becoming specialists in
typesetting.
The major innovation in LyX is WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean).
That is, the author focuses on content, not on the details of formatting.
This allows for greater productivity, and leaves the final typesetting
to the backends (like LaTeX) that are specifically designed for the task.
With LyX, the author can concentrate on the contents of his writing,
and let the computer take care of the rest.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
This is the second maintenance release in the 1.6.x series. The release fixes a
large number of major and critical bugs that were reported by users of LyX 1.6.0
and 1.6.1. Most notably, three bugs that might lead to dataloss were detected
and resolved. See also: http://www.lyx.org/announce/1_6_2.txt
