Oops, there the MySQL Plug-in is missing- That's a bug in the
Windows-package, the Plug-in itself is still supported. I'll build the
Plug-in and provide a download for you.
I also have the Full ubuntu package OpenAPC-1.6-1.i386.deb that I
just
tried to setup - LocDemo-0.6-1.i386.deb
<
http://www.openapc.com/download/Linux/Ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-i386/
LocDemo-0.6-1.i386.deb>
is installed.
Launching open editor fails. Environment is Xubuntu 10.04 LTS.
In terminal I get ...
....:~$ /usr/bin/OpenEditor
/usr/bin/OpenEditor: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14'
not found (required by /usr/bin/OpenEditor)
Your operating systems version is incompatible with this package. That
happens from time to time when distributors change elementary things
like the version of base libraries.
There are two options for you:
- use a package that fits to your Ubuntu-version, they can be found at
http://www.openapc.com/download/Linux/Ubuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-i386/
- update to a newer Ubuntu, the recent version is 11.04
Would also installing the runtime package clear up that error?
I afraid not, the runtime binaries are the same like in the full package.
