On a related note:
Would it be reasonable to ask
"Sascha Silbe" <sascha-ml-reply-to-2008-4(a)silbe.org>,
to maintain sugar-jhbuild?
I don't know him very well yet, but he has been contributing a steady
stream of depschecks bugs:)
We could give offer him commit access to sugar-jhbuild and or/a login
to buildmaster(a)sunjammer.sugarlabs.org
Sascha, please note this is a common problem with open source
projects. If you show competency, you are at risk of being asked to
assume authority and responsibility for something:)
Anyone else interested in helping maintain the Sugar Labs build farm?
It is almost identical to Gnome's infrastructure.
...and a good introduction to the infrastructure team. And let's face
it, the various Sugar Labs services are starting to get on the order
or 1000's of hits per day. That doesn't look bad on a resume.
...and bernie has been a pretty good teacher:)
