Hi Álvaro,
I wanna know.... how to change display manager? So, I have installed
XFCE,
So, on Sugar environment only I can change to GNOME or back to Sugar. How
change this?
I documented some of the things you might want to do in a blog post.
It's also covers setting up gdm and from there you should be able to
get XFCE
http://nullr0ute.com/2012/09/using-fedora-on-your-shiny-new-olpc-xo/
Note, I find How to install XFCE on OLPC and maintain it here URL.
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XFCE#GDM_.28gnome_display_manager.29
Problem is systemd is not using initab... need update these section.
Other thing is...
How I can assign root password for ever. For example. I do sudo passwd root.
Set password OK. However, I run su - and run to # without request any
password. So... is dangerous...
The following will allow you to set a root password.
sudo su -
passwd
Whether or not a user is prompted for a password when using sudo is
set in /etc/sudoers and it's well documented in that file. The
associated user also needs to be in the wheel group.
and how to setup user to ask what user I am interested to login. And
not
only login olpc user. Any ideas?
Follow the above blog post and then you can just add users per a
normal Fedora instance.
Peter
Thanks!
