Don't use it yet! I'm going to build a base set of packages into
there (just ocaml, ocaml-findlib and their direct dependencies).
Once that's done I'll let you know and then we can work on updating
packages in dist-git, and then continuing the rebuild to cover all the
ocaml-* packages.
