This is fallout from OpenSSL 1.1 being in rawhide now.
Upstream PR at
https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/8491 but looks like it isn't
merged yet...

CCing Tomas Mraz. I know he was working on an OpenSSL 1.0.2 compatibility
library for Rawhide. It looks like it's not available yet, but we're probably
going to need to use it until upstream adds 1.1.0 support.
Tomas, what's the ETA on the contrib package (and will there be contrib headers
to build against?) Alternately, do you want to attempt to help us port the
Fedora Node.js package to 1.1.0 early?
