The network-manager-netbook package needs to be ported to the new NM
0.9 API. Unfortunately I'm not a coder so can't fix this but I would
love someone to provide a patch to do so.
For F15, there's still 08 Compat - it should be easy to patch it to support this
compatibility code. I'll send you link to our patches, have to go now.
