Hello,
We have a Fedora Mirror that few weeks ago had an hardware problem, but problems were solved and I tried to reactivate the public service. Although in MirrorManager it seems everything is fine, I can't see it in the public mirror list. Could you, please, give us some help?
Thank you.
Regards,
Paulo Carvalho

Thanks for your mirror. When did you re-enable your mirror. The public list can take up to 24 hours to be re-generated and it seems currently the crawler is running to check if you mirror is up to date. Right now I would suggest to just wait until tomorrow to see if it works. If there are still problems tomorrow please contact us again.
Do you have rsync running on your mirror server? If yes, then adding the rsync URL under "Categories Carried" will vastly improve the time required to crawl your mirror.

Hello,
Thank you. I tried to re-enable it more than 24h ago, but I will wait until tomorrow and then I will inform you.

Paulo
Hello,
As the public mirror list still doesn't show our mirror http://ftp.up.pt/fedora, I would like to ask you, please, if you could check what's wrong. Thank you.
Regards,
Paulo
Hmm, I am not sure right now. It seems it takes more than 2 hours to crawl your mirror. I think this is the main problem. Maybe providing rsync access for the crawler would help here.

Hello,
Thank you. I will provide rsync access and then I will say something if the problem persists.
