is Fedora 27 still needed on the mirrors, according to policy? Or could that be moved to archive sometime soon? We're on Fedora 29 currently, so even if you intend to keep one old version keeping 28 around would be sufficient.

You are right. F27 should be in the archives. I will work on this next week. F28 is still active til after F30 is shipped so it will remain.

F27 has been removed from the main space and moved over to archives.

Can you also remove F27 from fedora-secondary. It is also handled by the archive now.
