rsync modules are the thing behind the host name
rsync://mirror.liteserver.nl/fedora ^^^^^^ that is a module in rsync-speak
Those modules were missing when I looked at your mirror, so the crawler was not able to scan your mirror. Now they exist and the crawler works.
You also have to add /linux after /fedora for the rsync URL. Right now the crawler can access your mirror via rsync, but as /linux is missing it will not find anything it is looking for and mark your mirror as invalid.

Hi Adrian,
I've had a look at this and fixed the links by adding "/linux" at the end. I suppose they are now O.K. right? Regarding RSYNC. RSYNC appears to be working right. Maybe you've read initial message wrong, as the modules I mentioned are just used by us for the sync process.
We're syncing directly using the "rsync://dl.fedoraproject.org" server, with the module "fedora-enchilada0" for fedora mirror, and module "fedora-epel" for our epel mirror. People can sync from our mirror using the following rsync links, without naming any additional modules :-). rsync://mirror.liteserver.nl/epel rsync://mirror.liteserver.nl/fedora
With kind regards,

Hi Fedora Mirror Adminstrators,
We are a NL based ISP providing all sorts of hosting services from simple webhosting to IP Transit. As we have many servers in our network that are running Fedora, we would like to support Fedora by providing a high speed mirror in The Netherlands. We will be providing HTTP/HTTPS/FTP and RSYNC options, and will add the mirror in the MirrorManager after this e-mail.
We are currently providing: #Fedora Epel (rsync module "fedora-epel" using the quick-fedora-mirror script): HTTP: http://epel.mirror.liteserver.nl HTTPS: https://epel.mirror.liteserver.nl FTP: ftp://epel.mirror.liteserver.nl RSYNC: rsync://mirror.liteserver.nl/epel
#Fedora (rsync module "fedora-enchilada0" using the quick-fedora-mirror script): HTTP: http://fedora.mirror.liteserver.nl HTTPS: https://fedora.mirror.liteserver.nl FTP: ftp://fedora.mirror.liteserver.nl RSYNC: rsync://mirror.liteserver.nl/fedora
Thanks for supporting Fedora.
I had a look at your mirrormanager entry and there are still a few problems. Both rsync modules do not exist, so that the crawler falls back to http. Additionally the Fedora URLs are not correct, you have to add "/linux" to them.
