Hi,
I'm new in managing a Fedora mirror, and I looked for info in docs but could not yet make it work.
Should I, as an official mirror, be able to see these files in rsync masters? I still can't:
*# rsync rsync://dl.fedoraproject.org/fedora-buffet/fedora/linux/releases/** **----------------------------** **Fedora Master Mirror Servers** **----------------------------** **If you are using bare rsync to sync content, please stop and ** **take a look at https://pagure.io/quick-fedora-mirror.** ** **See http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mirroring for** **further instructions.** **----------------------------** ** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2018/04/27 09:43:04 .** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 10** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 11** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 12** **drwxrwxr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 13** **drwxrwxr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 14** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/09/05 16:09:46 15** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/09/05 16:20:50 16** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/09/05 16:25:23 17** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2015/02/23 21:45:58 18** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2015/02/23 21:57:16 19** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2015/07/16 14:32:08 20** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2016/05/17 17:38:53 21** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2017/09/21 14:00:25 22** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2017/09/21 14:27:40 23** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2017/09/22 14:36:52 24** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2016/11/18 12:41:07 25** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2017/07/07 13:03:42 26** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2017/11/10 19:20:07 27** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2016/05/21 00:28:35 7** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2016/05/20 23:12:08 8** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2013/04/25 05:48:09 9** **drwxr-xr-x 4096 2018/04/03 14:44:48 test** *

By now you are probably seeing the Fedora 28 directory. If not, then very soon. This is the pre-bitflip time where only tier 1 mirrors can see the not yet released files.
You can ask your upstream tier 1 mirror if they can grant you access to a usually special rsync port/module with ACLs.

Hi,
There is special modules that have to be used in order to get early access to the bits. You are using the regular available to anyone module. have you read https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mir roring/Tiering to understand how mirror tiering is setup?
