Your mirror entry in MirrorManager looks correct but important directories are missing on your mirror. You only have core, extras and development. core and extras is obsolete and the important directories releases and updates are missing.

Please try to run report_mirror to get your mirror updated in the database. The crawler is having trouble crawling your mirror.
Maybe you could also enable rsync which makes crawling easier.
I also see this warning:
Host mirrors.isu.net.sa (id=1141) does not have HTTP Keep-Alives enabled.
Enabling HTTP Keep-Alives would also help the crawler.

Thanks for supporting Fedora . You really should sync from a close tier 1 or tier 2 mirror to speed up syncing. Your mirror entry in MirrorManager looks correct but important directories are missing on your mirror. You only have core, extras and development. core and extras is obsolete and the important directories releases and updates are missing.
