Thanks for supporting Fedora! I had a look at your MirrorManager entry and it was almost correct. The category for active Fedora releases (mirrors.bfsu.edu.cn/fedora) is not 'Fedora Archive' but 'Fedora Linux' but I can see that it would be easy to confuse. I fixed your MirrorManager entry and you should already see clients being redirected to your mirror.
