ubuntu opensuse and mirror problems

Fedora is loosing in 32bit compatibility to Ubuntu and OpenSuse it looks like. see distrowatch and sf.net Hosting and listing by sf.net and rpmfind is not fully functional anymore for some reason?? thx for great product! -- Please try osticket the #1 Free web comment box and ticket system. Hello! We are going to install new server who will mirror fedora core files for public access. Server located to RU/Moscow. Server will be connected via 1GB link to public internet. Server's IP address 80.68.249.119 (it will download from master server using secondary IP 80.68.249.118) and server will be accessed via name fedora-mirror01.rbc.ru. I have added it to mirrormanager database already. Could we also get access to rsync://dl.fedoraproject.org/fedora-enchilada0 and rsync://dl.fedoraproject.org/fedora-epel0 and ?
