I haven't put this in EPEL, and I guess in this case I won't be doing
so.
The patch is only needed to suppress warnings from rpmlint about
mingw32 packages. If you're happy just to ignore those warnings then
you don't need this patch.
i know, but would be nice to keep the branch at the same level.
anyway new rpmlint are pushed into epel-testing.
