What errors do you get when building the SRPMS? The SRPMS were created on a Rawhide environment (without the LZMA compression which was recently added to RPM).

Ah yes, that's also something which needed more research. Others [1][2] have had issues with getting the odcctools compiled on 64bit hosts. You could try to ignore the build dependency and see if something useful gets produced or whether a compile errors occurs.
