Organizing a Fedora meetup and booth at esLibre 2022 conference

Hello! I am presenting at the esLibre 2022 conference in Vigo, Spain [1]. It will be celebrated on the 24th and 25th of June. The esLibre conference is focused on free software technologies and communities. The organization confirmed to me that it would be possible to organize a meetup and a booth. I can send a proposal for the meetup and for the booth I would like to check if it would be possible to get some merchandising. e.g stickers, pens.. They estimate an attendance of 200 people and they are preparing "Welcome kits" for everyone. I think it would be nice if we can get at least one sticker per person and maybe some flyers (not sure if we have Fedora flyers though). If we can get more material we can set up a booth so people can pick up more promotional material and get some information about the Fedora project. Do you think this would be possible? Any thoughts?
