Mindshare Committee Meeting July 22nd 2020

Hi there, Today the Mindshare Committee met. We discussed Nest with Fedora for the first half of the meeting, as far as what different sessions we are all submitting. We decided to submit a Q&a/panel session as a Committee and opened a ticket. We also discussed moving towards finalizing a set of volunteers to help the Community Outreach initiative. Sumantro and Mariana have accepted co-lead positions to help run that temporary task force. The Mindshare Committee will work closely with the temporary task force to ensure the initiative is a success. **Call for Volunteers** Community Outreach Initiative [Ambassador & CommOps Revamp]

Hey folks, As many have you noticed, there has been a proposal to revamp the Ambassador and CommOps teams. After soliciting feedback and incorporating that in, we are moving forward with the initiative here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Ambassadors_Revamp_2020 This is an exciting chance for us to revitalize these teams, build lines of communication between our Outreach initiatives, and a well constructed model for cross support. It is also a moment for us, as Fedorans, to build what we feel is a successful Ambassador program in 2020.
