dear all,

       i also feel the same ,  that mentors are ready but
not the mentees , i feel why dont we all join together and work out
some thing in the mean time.
       I am ready for the proposal of one hour IRc .....
 
 
  Also as rahul told we can have a written proposals of sought to have a committee and try to find out to expand the fedora core .

We basically have this as a FAQ in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAQ
which leads to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/HelpWanted. Now its upto to
the different project people to come up with a introductory kit for both
the mentors and the mentees. An hour a week or so is not a problem but
we all need more guidelines preferably in written form. My profile at
