The problem, IIRC, with cppunit was that wasn't available on windows.
The other problem is what we can and/or should be testing.
Eg. We can test that a "cpu load" function exists (at either the QMF
or C level) and returns something, but there is no meaningful way to
validate the result.
I've been trying to wrap my head around this for a while and haven't
come up with an answer I've been satisfied with.
So before we dive in, choose a test harness and produce tests, I'd
like us to have a broader plan of what we want to do.
