Remove some unnecessary condrestarts in %post. The bug was actually
complaining that Matahari updates were not silent. The output was
showing the services getting restarted. These lines were the culprit
and they shouldn't be there anyway. On an upgrade, they will get
restarted in the %postun scripts.
