What list would these go to? The FAS Login is a big barrier IMO - I
see that if I'm not already involved and I'm gone.
You do not need a FAS login.
You can use any email address (If you have one of those).
That goes via persona... so if your domain has a persona server it
would go to that, if they don't mozilla handles them by default.
