Just use one of those glass rooms on the 1st floor for those.

the idea is good, however our main concern is space due to the layout of the building.
so at the moment we dont do booths, especially not corporate booths. but if its just a desk, maybe we can fit it somewhere.
Or, another possible option, and probably better, is to figure out whether we can make these booths in the hangout room instead, in the form of -> a section of the room.
/me adds that into meeting agenda for tomorrow https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:KualaLumpur_2012/Meeting:2012-03-20

Hello Izhar,
I have an idea for FUDcon, dont know whether this is noted earlier, anyway if it is not and seems good you can proceed :)
This is about placing some booths for Fedora teams, we have 6 main team categories[1] so we can place 6 booths(a banner with a table will more than enough) But we need contributors from the teams to represent the booth.
The goal is to get non-fedora attendees into the fedora project and get them joined with the teams on the site. For example if someone wants to join then they can talk to us and find the best fitting group. Mainly to increase the contribution. That is all. If accommodating 6 booths is a problem we can have at-least 3 or a number which is possible. This is good as we are going to have a workshop representing every team in fedora as much as possible. Therefore if the attendees for the workshop need to get more specific info then they can simply refer to booths.
See you then.
