Sorry about the confusion just now. I thought you made a change to the "Part 2" series that I was actively editing, so I did a quick save of it and (thought I) (re)toggled the "draft" setting (back) to on. Then I realized that you changed the other article -- How to Secure NFS4 with Kerberos Authentication -- so I changed the one I'm currently working on back to "pitch".
As to the status of "How to Secure NFS4 with Kerberos Authentication". I think it is good to go whenever you want to publish it.
