The one thing that an editor might want to do is to be able to change a
Base level user to a contributor, but i think we can set this up anyways.
Right, admin access is basically all-powerful like changing (or
breaking) settings in the software itself. We should make sure
editors can do all the necessary stuff for publishing and user
workflow.
