For example I can write about methodologies and good practices in the use of internet so the community of fedora users will have a little more information to be able to navigate in a safe way.

I understand the idea, thanks for explaining further. Can you list the practices you are going to cover, like a sentence apiece? You could do this in a pitch on the Magazine itself if you like. By summarizing your advice, it will help us get an idea of the level expertise for the article.

Speaking only for myself as an editor, I would prefer to see articles that are less generic and more specifically pertinent to Fedora. Are there other security related topics that would be a better fit for the Magazine that you feel you could write about?
