The issue of this article (tutorial) is to make for users a full view of
the Inkscape - not just like a
simple drawing tool.
One good programmer can make extensions for the Fedora ( any distros)
or maybe improve the working process of the any design team.
Even is a large area I think the reader can need to see:
- the full options of this software into svg tools area;
- the speed of keys;
- the extensions features;
Yes! I like to see a full series of tutorials about Inkscape into Fedora
learning area.

From just my personal perspective of an editor, this article needs to
be rethought a bit. It starts out introducing the reader to what
Inkscape is, but by the end it's delving into extension code. That's
not a scope that will appeal to most readers.
I suggest you reconsider this article from the POV of a reader. What
does this reader want to do exactly? Write an extension? In that
case the introductory material should all be struck.
I would recommend that perhaps for a first article, you instead take a
look at our Starter Pitches and try writing one of them, since they've
already been scoped by editors:
